Welcome Callen Jones to the TransNetwork Board!
We’re thrilled to announce that Callen Jones (they/he) has joined the TransNetwork Board! Callen brings a dynamic blend of professional expertise, lived experience, and community advocacy to our leadership team.
As the team leader of the Jones Home Team, Callen provides inclusive real estate services across Tampa Bay. With a Master’s degree in Higher Education and experience as USF’s first LGBTQ+ Coordinator, Callen combines their leadership skills with a deep understanding of diversity and inclusion. They’ve been recognized as a Top 500 Tampa Bay Realtor in 2024 and were the first gender-expansive professional featured in Real Producers magazine. Above all, Callen’s role as a parent to two incredible kids fuels their passion for building a brighter and more inclusive future. Their commitment to fostering equitable opportunities strengthens the TransNetwork mission.

- Andy Citino (he/him): Co-founder of TransNetwork and a tireless advocate for transgender rights, Andy uses his voice to create affirming spaces and foster meaningful connections within the LGBTQIA+ community.
- Tristan Byrnes (he/him): Co-founder of TransNetwork and a licensed mental health counselor, Tristan is committed to supporting individuals on their gender identity journey and creating safe, affirming spaces.
- Andre Clarke (he/him): Co-founder of TransNetwork and practice manager at Love the Golden Rule, Andre is a steadfast champion dedicated to ensuring accessible and affirming healthcare for LGBTQIA+ individuals across Tampa Bay.
- Stephanie Foglia (she/her): Our Treasurer and a seasoned advocate, Stephanie is devoted to promoting unity and fighting against oppressive legislation targeting marginalized communities.
